Objective
Make guests feel important and recognized for their loyalty and their love for McDonald’s. Creating an emotional connection with the brand, by using their pet loyalty to represent their own guest loyalty. Wanted to create a campaign that speaks directly towards consumer; "for people like me". Incorporating existing brand rituals into the campaign. Overall creating the campaign tone to be fun and light-hearted.
